Last parade with NCWO.
Last time wearing my full band uniform, playing instrument with my juniors.
time files, it's already my 5th year in band, and i'm stepping down soon.
still remember when i'm still a sec1, walking into the band room for audition.
and now, i'm already sec5, teaching every new batch of recruits every year.
from a silver instrument, to gold instrument, and now P.mauriat saxophone.
from 2nd alto to 1st alto, and having solos to play during concerts and performances.
from just a recruit, to a member, to an assistant librarian, to cheif RO, and now being one of the majors.
i have learnt so much throughout this 5 years in band, from a music-idiot to now being able to play a grade 6 piece on my saxophone. LOL.
and i have learnt to be a much patience person when it comes to teaching and stuffs.
NCWO indeed played a big part of my secondary school life, and i'm very sure i'll sure miss every single moment when i'm with my bandmates after being an alumni of NCWO.
i'm gald that i'm one out of the 25 who were being chosen to be the 5th batch of recruits of NCWO, even thou that our batch ended up with less than 20 people. LOL /:
without knowing people like mer, mt, ky, joyce, kel, jason and boyang, my life in band will be like totally boring. (i'm not trying to say juniors very boring la of course!)
yes, our batch might be small, but yet it is the most fantabulous, united and fun-loving one.
NCWO 5TH BATCH! :D
okay, i shall save some for next friday's post. if not by that time i got nothing to say. LOL.
aiya in short, I LOVE NCWO. forever and it will be (:
the most touching The Inn of the Sixth Happiness i ever heard today.
extra 2 hours of crazy behlok-ing finally got paid off during the actual parade.
GREAT JOB PEOPLE.
