went back to NC for band prac again.
yes i know, yes i understand.
we need to practise so we will get gold for the genting trip competition.
we need to practise so we will have a good Con Fuoco II concert this coming year end, on 13 Dec.
we need to practise so we will have GOLD/GWH for SYF next year.
so yeps, jiayou bah people. lol.

yeps, band today.
sectionals for like 1-2 hours.
went back for combined at around 4.
played for like 45mins, packed and went home.

seriously, the band discipline is getting out of hand.

people is standing infront, trying to talk.
at least show some respect to the speaker?
PUT YOURSELF IN OTHER PEOPLE'S SHOES.
if you're the speaker and you're trying so hard to talk, and yet people are talking/chitchatting/laughing/not paying attention, how would you feel?
if you are reading this right now, please do some reflection on yourself.
i shall not mention any names. dont wish to make things worse.
mind you, you're sec3 now.
have some basic respect to people.

my senior told me, be a major must be strict, must be fierce.
if me or the other majors do that, people will start saying: ''you're just a major, what's the big deal?'' and stuffs.
yea you should get what i mean.
BUT,
too friendly, people will start to 爬-到-你-头-上-来 and not showing respect to the other majors.
so, what to do?
